I am a fierce critic of Netanyahu’s Israel and a supporter of BDS. I am not anti-Semitic. The spread of anti-Semitism is dark and very disturbing. It seems to accompany the rise of state fascism. I don’t hear my fellow lefties making disparaging, anti-Semitic remarks. I would say no one I know is any more anti-Semitic than the columnists and correspondents at the Israeli newspaper, Haaretz. Anti-Semitism is definitely on the rise. Germany is struggling to keep it in check. So too is France.

It is not anti-Semitic to denounce Israel as a fascist state. It’s outgoing defence minister, it’s second in command of the Israeli army, former prime minister Ehud Barak says as much quite openly. Are they anti-Semitic? No, obviously. They speak out of love and concern for their country, Israel.

Love and concern? No..they speak out of hatred and infinite arrogance…the US provides the means for it to be so..

      • MoS says:

Are you saying that Ehud Barak speaks of Israel out of hatred and infinite arrogance and the same for defence minister Yaalon and for General Golan? If you find hatred in their words you must be just fine with Netanyahu and Lieberman and Uri Ariel, the fascist faces of today’s Israel.

I was speaking of Netanyahu et al, and you know it..

  2. MoS says:

Sorry, I misunderstood. Frankly I couldn’t believe that could come from you. Sorry, really sorry.
