This headline is profoundly stupid..it is blatantly obvious to anyone with half a brain why we are opposed..just like our jobs are being sold to the lowest bidder, so are our resources, and to hell with the environment..
Now David Black (what an aptly named fellow!) is pushing for a refinery at the edge of our Province to take all that filth piped here to BC and refine it into ‘safer’ gas to be shipped to China..unbelievable!..Why not build the refinery in Alberta? Instead of selling off our resources to the highest bidder, Black prefers to make even more filthy lucre from the dirty bitumen before it’s gone..and never questions the intelligence, or lack thereof, of building a pipeline in the first place…We fully intend to fight tooth and nail to save our coastline, and to ask why is to be purposefully blind to the beauty and richness of the West Coast..not a huge surprise in Alberta, which has turned itself into a toxic moonscape in the north…
